The horizontal ladder is typically placed between two Pikler triangles and used by more experienced climbers.
Why you'll love it:
- May be used: 1) By doing pull-ups to build upper body strength, 2) By traversing the top of the ladder and doing a bear crawl, or 3) By "brachiation" or swinging from one bar to the next just like a monkey. Studies show that brachiation is extremely beneficial for both body and brain development.

- Store indoors. Avoid leaving under direct sunlight or in extremely humid areas.
- To clean, use a damp cloth followed by a dry one. Do NOT soak. You may use either:
- Toy cleaners (test first on a small surface), or
- A mixture of 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water
