Variable weight wooden barbell for building upper body strength. Includes 6 interchangeable plates which yield 0.75, 1, 1.25 or 1.5 kilos in total weight. Square plates were used to keep the barbell from rolling around. This should ALWAYS be used under the supervision of a parent or therapist.

Materials: Beech, Baltic Birch plywood and child-friendly, water-based finish
Dimensions: Total length is approximately 20 inches (will vary depending on which plates are attached).
