This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties, including PayPal, PayMongo or any other third party service.
Through its website, Dev Depot collects the personal information needed to carry out the business exchange. It’s the user’s responsibility to provide with truthful and reliable information and the Company guarantees the security thereof. The created database is safely stored and not shared with third parties.
The collected personal information includes: full name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.
The collected information may also be used to send regular information such as newletters from our shop. In addition, it will be temporarily stored in cookies for the best user experience.
- Privacy and Carrier Service:
We use your personal information to process your order. We share your personal data with our delivery services (LBC, AP Cargo, 2Go, Transportify or Mr. Speedy). All payments are processed through either PayPal or PayMongo. They receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company. Your bank information is never shared with us.
- Contact Channels
If needed, we will contact you through email. Only and exclusively in cases where we might need an urgent response and after previously attempted email contact without success, will we contact you by phone using the number registered in your order or in your payment notice from PayPal or PayMongo.
- Newslist
Your name and e-mail address will be added to our newsletter’s database to keep you informed about our latest news. You may opt-out from this database by clicking on the link included at the bottom of each email or by contacting us directly with your request to: devdepotph@gmail.com.
- Data Stewardship
We will retain your personal information only to the extent necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations and to resolve disputes.
Your payment details, name and address, IP address, e-mail, telephone number and billing address, information you submit with your permission, will be safeguarded. We will retain it until your order has been completed and seven years thereafter (that is the legal data-retention period) in a secure place.
